If the were no stars i would give none! NO HOT WATER, 2 TV CHANNELS! Upgraded to a supposedly better room, same story, NO HOT WATER, aircon not working, telephone for room service doesnt even have a cable, basin leaking, doesnt hold water. Coffe provided in rooms, but you have to stir it with your finger, no teas****s. Staff has no answers for any complaints. 5 stars to the chef however, the food was delicious! Absolutely no vaue for money, wont recommend at all A refund would be appreciated, my husband went for mayor surgery and all this inconvience made it worse, couldnt even clean his wounds, pathetic!!!!!!!!!
