Not honoring their verbally agreed and promised rates but instead add 124% to the rates - R1553 to R2300 per night!!
These people promised a rate and then they don't honor their promised rates, but add an increase of 124% to the rates (From R1553 to R2300 per night), when I asked they said tariffs changed from 14:30 that day but I was promised this @ 12:05, the Assistant Manager (Enna) made it off as a misunderstanding but there was NO misunderstanding, she promised a R1553 rates and I cancelled my existing quote with lower rates to wait for this one and then she go back on her word. Please be warned as this is not on and really not right!!

I would like to reply as follow
Suzette initially asked for quotes on Lekke Slaap quite a few apartments and was quoted R1553 per night per apartment which she ALL turned down
She then phoned us directly and yes she was quoted R1553 per night but between her phone call and receiving her e mail for an official quote I have received the 2023 School Holidays and Public Holidays dates
I have updated our seasons and tariffs on Lekke Slaap platform
Like any other accommodation establishment in die hospitality trade we have seasons and different tariffs for that seasons
I have never promised Suzette anything (why would ?) and I don't understand exactly what is the issue as she turned down the quotes for R`1553 per night in anyway officially on Lekke Slaap

What don't you get... We would have booked unit 22 @ R1395 if you did not prmised unit 40.

Your facts and you word means nothing and is incorrect.
I've called to enquire about certain things (lifts, parking, what 1/2 sea view meant etc.) before accepting the quote for flat 22 that I already had and then you said that flat 40 is available with full sea view @ R1553. If you trying to downgrade the fact that you added R747 per night to the promised rate then you must think again. R747 additional per night is ridiculous.
Bottom line here is that you promised me Flat number 40 @ R1553 per night, a few rand more than flat 22 because of the sea view and then you did not honor your word, I've turned flat 22 down because of your promise rate. Then you changed the rate to R2300 even thought the LekkeSlaap amounts showed on the enquiry R1553.... What happened to the R1553 promised and your promise.
Don't use your lame excuse that rates for 2023 changed, why was this not promised/said telephonically when I phoned 12:05 that day.
I want everyone to know how you operate and that you are not trustworthy by keeping to you promises and word.
