Hi I also got the same problem an was not aware about it ,an now its been like 14 years an only came to mind now.I did go to department of education an they gave me attitude,the guy has told me to search on google for Mr melusi department of education contact him an explain my stories to him if he can't help me then der is nothing they can do.what do I do inform an please assist ********** 103
