Disrespectfull receptionist

First of they took long to finish press fitting sleeves,after a week i send my wife to collect the block,only to have my wife in a state because of the receptionist treating her with disrespect and as if she is *******. This is unexeptable. I encourage all to give this place a skip and rather go somewhere else!!
