Worst service ever

<p>Today I was supposed to write my drivers learners and came across the worst experience,Puleng was the instructor who was very rude,she scolded everybody the minute we stepped in the class to write,she gave unclear instructions that some of us made mistakes(me included) ,when the time to mark she was analyzing every persons mistake,she came across my paper,she lashed out at me for scratching and asked why I wrote Form 2 and scratch to Form 3,I told her instructions were unclear and that she said no 1 must open the book before she says so,it turned I got confused along the line that when marking time came she made a big thing out of nothing,while I was reasoning her she uttered "you come here with an attitude and it makes me not to want to even look at your things" I defended myself by saying "you are not doing me any favors you're an employee and I paid to write this Learner's Driver" she furthermore uttered " other people would just admit their mistakes and say sorry" meaning I should apologize to her for making a mistake in the paper which I tried to rectify,I burst out of the room because I figured I could not handle it anymore as she said " otlo buwa nonsense (you're talking nonsense).i left everything there without me even knowing how I did for my Learners.I'd like Vereeniging licence department to refund me my money back and hire more literate people who'll know what their job duties are and put their clients first. Thank you</p>
