WORKING AT THE MILNERTON LICENSING DEPARTMENT MUST BE A BORING JOB!

The Licensing Department in Milnerton is one place that I avoid as far as possible. I wonder if the staff there could be re-trained. Some of them don't know how to handle members of the public, especially pensioners. Renewing a licence or transferring ownership of a car is not always a straightforward process. It would be so nice if the staff could display a bit more patience and respect. Otherwise, they should seriously consider finding another job. We, the public, deserve better.
