Watloo Licensing department

Watloo licensing department is k#k. The guys at the gate work with cashiers inside. They don't allow people to go inside. I was supposed to be R174 but they swiped R274. They made me pay for road worthy R650 but papers still show the old 1. Now I got ****** over 700 and they don't see anything wrong with this. Just for your papers to be captured you need to pay R200. The person who did this is S.Swart.
