Waltloo Licensing Center Chaotic Structure and ********** Customer Service

SMS to 33214 advised me to contact my center for card details. I called this morning and asked for Driver's Licence Renewals. The lady was friendly and upon processing my ID number confirmed that my card was ready. I asked if I could collect today. Yes. Thank you very much. You are welcome. Alas, after taking time off from work in Johannesburg in order to make the 15h00 closing deadline, I was informed by Mercia's sidekick that the card may be produced but not yet delivered. We called each other useless and I left with my crumpled receipt which will have to serve as proof of application for some five years to come. I may get fined or victimized. I accept that. I have nothing positive to reflect upon when I think of the customer service at Waltloo Licencing AND Service Delivery Center.
