Disgusting lady and over lack of service is a disgrace, how do you hire people that have zero compency.

You must book an appointment with a time slot only to wait and hour and then get told oh sorry we all... Yes ALL going on lunch for 30min so wait ir leave are your options. Getting your eye test done prior doesn't count for anything so don't bother going to do that as everyone waits no matter the time of your appointment.

It's not surprising this is the service you get but perhaps it's me who should get one star for believing that I'd get service never mind good service. Jokes on me!!
