Wadeville license department is very bad

My Mom went to Wadeville lisence department she had to wait hours and hours. Only one cubicle was open and when they ask why? Tthey were told as long as the line is moving they must keep quiet. You could hear other people in the back ground laughing but only one person was at the window to help about 100+ people. That is rediciolous. My mom is 76 she said she was standing there and a black woman with a blue overall said that if she want to have her eyes tested quick then she said my mom must pay her R50 and she can make it quick she will push her in. To me it sound like *******ion or what ever you want to call it. how many people is giving this cleaner /worker R50 just to be pushed into a line to get your eyes tested quickly. My mom told her no thanks because she know that it was not legal. Please can some one look into this matter and fire the beatch. Wadeville licensing department needs a change of employees because the ones that are there is ******* and useless. We all get paid to do our jobs and if we dont we get fired. Alot of people is looking for jobs and will be honest not corruopt and lazy.
