Very terrible and very threatening situation

<p>I was at the Wadeville License Department to collect my Driver's license, where I met this rude security guy named Lelethu or Loyiso who couldn't even address me well why the department was closed when was not yet time to shut the doors. When I tried explaining that Sir I understand you closed but what are the working hours here and he just answered by the is no1 inside stuff left at 1pm when electricity shutted down and I told im thats not fair to us customers bcoz now I'm living to Capetown tomorrow and will be only back in february and by then my licence will be cancelled and I'll need to redo it again as the did with my last 2 licenses an he stated nothing he will do, everyone who went back home has issues awell I'm not important. Than I requested to see the manager or someone senior and he told me his not allowed to call anyone if I have a problem I should call eskom and ask him , the was this old man called Bra Dan who insisted him to take me to one of his seniors and he said no I'm not allowed she should go to Kempton park or Eskom and ask them and I stated that I don't have time to coe bak and collect so guess is best to report this issue as for renewing cost money aswell and I wanted to take a picture of the place and the way they sitted instead of assisting that's where he threatened to bit me up and also break my phone " linga ungifote ngizokubonisa unina mina , ungithathe isithombe ngingavumanga , ngizokubetha ndize ndihlaphaze nele fone and my answer was ngishaye ke and my phone ant a problem its already on the cloud and i'll get a new phone before end of the day tomorrow no worries and he just said Ndizokubetha mna and the was a guy who tried to calm him down while he just wanted to hit coz he doesn't want me to see someone senior.</p> <p> </p> <p>We know you don't berg us but your security or front facing stuff doesn't have to feel that they have all the authority to bit or swear to your customers </p>
