Very Poor Service in Umbilo lisencing office department😡😡😡

Manangment in Umbilo lisencing office is very poor. I'm not trying trying to be ******, but most places managed by Black people sucks.I wanted to speak with the manager privately and she refused. I would anybody to help me with contact details where I get help. That place is horrible with their service.
