Upset

On the 19th of September i done my drivers license test i got my temporary.....i never got no sms .And i went to check on the 31 o f October, i was told that my fingerprint where never captured correct they can't pick them up in pretoria. We done new fingerprint on the day.. 6 wees down the line no sms again i went to the station again and I'm told again they cant pick my fingerprint hmmm im very disappointed with the service im getting....
