UNPROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT

On the 18/10/2023, I encountered a near death experience with the following, RTMC NATIS employee: MB MAFFA (9295A02P) the female consultant was very unfriendly when I had asked about enquiring about disputing a traffic fine

I was at the Randburg Traffic Licensing department, when I had left the room I had expressed my disappointment in her service as she had rush through the explanation and didn't allow me the time to look through my infringement print out properly.

She then proceeded to curse at me and had specifically said "voetsek I have an attitude" I then decided to take a video of and male consultant block and said it was unnecessary (his name Godfrey) as move out of the the female consultant jumped out of chair run towards me and put her hands around me (assault)

Other people then came out of other rooms to stopped her and a friendly JMDP female assisted me with the query.

On my way out I was escorted by another friendly lady who had told the unprofessional consultant to stop taking video.

I had never experienced such ever in my life, this needs to be addressed ASAP
