Unfairly failed

<p>I went for my code 8 license test today at 8am and I was prepared, did everything according to the instructor and book,the Examiner was not paying attention to me and her head was turned the other way whilst talking to another female.I did not roll,switch of or touch any poles,I kept doing my observations like I should and when I did the alley docking I was told I'm not in but I was in and pass the white poles,I totally feel I was marked unfairly as the Examiner said I did too many counter steering and did not do observation ,If they do have cameras on the grounds it would be appreciated if they took a close look at it and zoomed in.I feel I was failed unfairly</p>
