Unfair treatment of the elderly single income dad

Good afternoon My dad has app**** for his pdp and it was declined due to an unfounded incident in 2019 My dad is a single parent supporting our handicapped brother and has been unable to work His going from pillar to post trying to get this sorted I find this very unfair and absolutely heartless of the dept to deny my father this please do reconsider We have contacted Naomi and been there in person to no avail. Attached is the sent mail.

Mr Lj Gallant 15 huis alleyne Lenton drive Bishop lavis *** I app**** for my PDP in October 2021 but was denied on the basis of negligent driving in Lainsburg. I totally disagree with the statement I would never put my life at risk or the life of passengers. According to the traffic official I was doing a dangerous overtaking manoeuvre of which that is really not the case. As a result of this my only income has been taken away from me and I am now jobless I am a single father with a special-needs son who depends entirely on me and at the moment I’m not able to work due to not having my PDP. I am a single father and I’ve been struggling to cope since my wife passed away at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. This incident happened in December 2019 and I’m still being held accountable for something that happened so long ago I asked you please reconsider and reinstate my PDP as this is my only means of income thank you Leslie Gallant. ***
