UNBELIEVABLE INCREASE IN 1 YEAR!

I have just renewed my motor vehicle license up to 31/03/2017.<br> <br> The one ending 31/03/2016 cost me R120.00 for the fee. The one ending 31/03/2017 has cost me R312.00.<br> This is the same car and same owner.<br> <br> How is that possible? How can they explain such an increase?<br> <br> Is it possible that they could have made a mistake at the post office I went to?<br> <br> I am absolutely horrified.
