Told me to leave they wont assist with booking

I was at the Midrand Licensing Department this morning at 7:15am which is 15 mins before opening hours accoring to all references found on the internet the operating hours is 7:30am to 3:00pm.<br> <br> Went to the counter and said i would like to make an appointment to write my motorcycle learners license. The lady told me that i will not be helped i should come back tomorrow before 7:00am.<br> <br> I mean seriously... im there before opening hours and your supposed to provide me with a service to which is near impossible to get any assistance. Pathetic. So tomorrow i will be there before 7:00am, Im sure tomorrow will be same **** different story.<br> <br> I obviously dont expect any response to this. Just a heads up. Dont expect much from these useless goverment institutions.
