Thumbs up to license dept

Hi I just want to thank the gentleman that helped me and my collegue this morning when we went to collect our drivers license discs, it seemed it was not his duty/ job description to give the licenses, but when he saw the lady in front of us having a problem with hers and the admin clerk busy trying to find her license. The q was getting long and we thought we were going to wait a long time. he came and collected 3 of us receipts and went to get our licenses. He gave it and let us sign for it. He helped us be out of there in 5 minutes. I just want to wish him a well deserved weekend and say his help has made our day more bearable. It was unexpected of a government dept to get fast efficient assistance.
