Thembisa licenses department

Good morning world . I made appointment at thembisa license department in april .2021. To renew a ****** (was in a highjacking situation) licenses card . I went did eyetest fingerprints about 2 months after i went back again to collect to find out they need fingerprints and eyetest again . Waited another 2months same story . And again this is going to be the 4th time i have to go and do fingerprints and eyetest at the same licenses station . Im so angry due to tmpd and police is pulling me of and threatening me because i dont have a licenses (have a photo copy but they dont want to accept) got 6 fines for driving without licenses. 😔im really so negative about this and dont know what to do #SA government service providers are really bad . #SA is going to **** . Please help . Paid everything but without licenses
