The disgrace of the Bedfordview Driver License Department

The Bedfordview driver licence renewal department is a disgrace. You wait for hours waiting to be seen and when you go and query there is nobody at the counter for you to collect your new licence. They do not notify you that your licence us ready, so people keep comming back time after time, and it is still not ready at 4 months and longer. They say if you do phone then the phone is not answered. What is going on withe them. Now today they have a notice up to say they are closed until the 2 January. If they are so behind with the services they are paid to do how can they close. You can get a new pasport in 10 days and they let you know by sms when your item is ready. But not the licensing department. Hell no. That is just to much trouble for them.
