They made photocopies on the spot when I needed it. 4. They treated me with efficiency and respect. 5. The lady behind the counter left her cubicle to straighten out queuing difficulties. 6. I was helped in a resonable time. 7. The friendliness of the staff even extended to friendliness of the customers.
