Terrible service @Bronkhorstpruit Licence Department.

Drove from Pretoria and arrived at the licencing department of Bronkhorstpruit at 10 AM . I did cheek prior anything available on the internet. It only had open and closing times. No proper website. And I was told by a very unhelpful employee that they only give out a 100 cards and help those people that has received a 'card'. They work from 8 AM-4 PM and then they refuse people. Shouldn't people that get's paid for certain amount of hours , and actually work?. If not then then why pay them? I'm sure volunteers can do a more efficient Job. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that he is not available , once again I asked to see 2IC , with no results. And no one wanting to take ownership of the issue.

Suggestions: - Get more helpful people to work for your department. ( that has people s****s ) - Maybe invest into a online website that communicates effectively so that people don't waist their time. -Maybe review what your workers does per day. They are wasting your money. - You always have to get better you cant move backwards.
