Terrible service

Today I had the opportunity to write my learners test at the Centurion traffic department. Once we were directioned into the building, the invidulator asked for the necessary documents. She didn’t even greet and clearly looked like someone who hated their job. We were then taken to another building were we got onto the mobile test center.

Everything was all good and well up until the system froze in the midst of the test. Without an apology, she switched of the system and then asked everyone to log in again. After a while the system does the same thing again...Again no apology she shuts down and asks us to log in again.

The mobile center was very uncomfortable and the screens were so close to your face. She showed no remorse that some people had to start afresh and that time was of essence. People go through a huge amount of pressure knowing that they need to write a test regardless if you learnt or not. By having a system that shut down twice takes away your train of though as well as your concentration.

Government officials think that they are sitting on a pedestal... You are not doing me a favor...YOU ARE DOING YOUR JOB...
