SUPERB SERVICE UNDER AWFUL CONDITIONS

I went to the Licence department yesterday at approximately 2pm and I was there for a total of 20 minutes, fantastic service by all from the front desk to the gent at the top of the stairs to the wonderful Eye Test Bathobile to the cashier. Very efficient and friendly. Bathobile was superb.... i did feel for the people in the eye test department.... the hot conditions really did give me a light head and I couldn't understand how they were so happy under these conditions... .they are grateful for their jobs and thus doing what they know best. Well done and really do hope that the Department who makes so much every day would give the staff better working conditions. We need more people like Bathobile in the Government departments. Well Done
