STAFF MEMBER THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE MET IN MY LIFE

The staff within the eye test offices are EXTREMELY RUDE, unhelpful, slow and uninformed. I had a staff member actually SCREAM AT ME and walk off when I tried to ask her ONE QUESTION regarding the documents needed for renewal. Truly pathetic. Please send your staff members for customer service training. You can't do a people's job and not be a people's person! Truly disgusting attitudes!!! I've never met a person as arrogant as the lady I came across at verulam testing grounds eye test office!!! Alternatively, make proper instructions available at the licensing ground so that decent people don't have to deal with the disgusting attitudes of your staff.
