She failed me on purpose _drivers license

examiner failed me on purpose and there is nothing I can do. She did not want me observe, every time I did she would complain and say that I should wait on her to instruct me, so I tried to explain to her that I am doing my observation cos I had just stopped, then she says, I am the examiner, or do you perhaps want me to stand aside so that you can test yourself... So I apologized but I still observed, she wasn't happy still.. I got all m6 parkings right.. ALL of them. Dude she even says that my handbrake was not up when I went on steep heel, I don't even know how to start the car on a steep heel without having my handbrake up,the car would have roll. She was not even close to me when I stopped at the steep hill, there was no way that she could have seen that handbrake is up or down...
