SERVICE DELIVERY SUCKS

Please do not go here for any assistance. Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Been sitting here for 3 hours and there is only 1 rude teller . No processes in place from helpdesk to enquiries to teller. Only assisting friends and no manager or supervisor in sight.
