Security guard out of place

Security guards at entrance are rude and turn you away for using forms printed off the government website.phone is never answered. But most important is the security guard acting as an admin administrator when inside the actual employees accept the forms as they should as they are from the government website. Guards need to do their job and not act like they work for the government!!!!!!
