Secunda licensing department is a disgrace

I have been trying to register my vehicle for quite some time. There is always an issue. Ststem is offine or they have a headache so they must close. It is totally unacceptable. People can not keep taking off from work to come here. Some has to be done about this ********** service. And if ask to speak to the manager the security treats you like garbage, and your sent to the back ofthe queue. They are not doing people any favour's they are here to deliver a Service which they do not. What are they being paid for.
