******** / ******* in Vanderbijlpark License Office

Went to renew my car license disk at the license offices in Vanderbijlpark. A man came to help me, he was professional and didn't look out of place, as he knows the people working behind the counter by name. I realized that he is a ***** / ******* when the amount I was supposed to pay was TWICE the amount it should have been. He insisted that the card machines are offline and that HE will pay the lady behind the counter so that you can pay him back . It is abhorrent that this business is just casually being allowed, when even the police offices are less than 5km away.
