Sandton Licence Department

I sat for four hours to have a change of ownership done. All documentation including proof of residence. Believe it or not, the address appearing on the change of ownership is the property I sold SIX YEARS ago. When I pointed it I was told that is what they have on record. Why did I give all the new details that are 6 years old to proof I that I have acquired a new property? The staff just don't bother to do their jobs it is absolutely disgusting. There are thousands of qualified people looking for work and prepared to do a decent job.
