Sandton DLTC Marlbro

I would like to share how horrified I was with the service received at the Licensing Department in Marlbro (Sandton DLTC) when I went for eye test it was terrible service. All the staff there (male and female dominated) were extremely unprofessional. They were totally unfriendly and unapproachable. I have never in my life experience such terrible service. Sandton DLTC licensing department is horrible n disgusting! They are unprofessional n they go on as if they are still damn in high school, laughing and making fun of people and they did it to me especially in eye test department, the lady who tested, she is very unfriendly and she is treated me like a child, damn i am a professional in Information Technology. They did not even explain how eye test will work (Rules), finally they failed me and abusing their own language, asking too many questions like where you from which country are you from etc.… It was one of the most galling experiences of my life. I left there feeling so much sad and helpless. The instructor who assisted and abused, his name is STEEV from Sandton DLTC
