Sandton DLTC department

The Sandton Licencing department service is very poor and terrible. I am disgusted with the service. Since the department has opened after lockdown, my husband and I have to try to collect his driving licence. He had app**** for a new licence at end of January 2020. Every time we go there, there is no parking and another excuse. This is very frustrating, how long must he wait for his driving licence... His licence had expired in April, must he now drive with an expired licence. The reason for applying in January was to ensure that he has a new one by April 2020.

Even when you call the office line on the number provided for, they do not answer the phones. This is utterly ridiculous and how long must a person endure this kind of service...
