RUDELY CHASED OUT OF THE OFFICE BY EMPLOYEE

On Friday 13th November at 12:30 I went to Braelyn licensing department to renew my license. There were long queues both in eye testing and cashiers. After 2 and Half hours of waiting and queuing I eventually got to get my eyes tested and the time was 15:15. I asked my sister to go in the cashier's section and queue. Fortunately I finished exactly at 15:30 and made my way in the cashiers dept for payment. A gentleman by the name of Ayanda Madikizela, rudely told me that I should leave the office because they are closed. Calmly I explained to her that my sister was still in the queue. He chased her out saying that no one is allowed to stand in for someone. I explained that we were not aware, and he stood by the door and showed me out of the office. Asked if I am leaving or not. I was very disturbed by this attitude, and out of respect both myself and my sister left the office because we did not want to argue, but deep down I was very hurt. I came all the way 60km away from King Williams town, and had to come back the next day just to make a payment. <br> I work in a service delivery section and if it were me I would have served that last customer and explain processes later.<br>
