Rude & Unprofessional Employee

I have always maintained that the Empangeni licensing dept was one of the most efficient and friendly organisations that outmatched any other licencing dept that i have visited before .... until i had the unforeseen experience of having to engage with a Miss/Mrs E.T. Sibiya who is the most unprofessional and ****** South African i have met with . To cut a long story short , this employee had me make three trips from Empangeni to Richards bay and back requesting specific documenation to have one of my vehicles transferred from the bank to my name as title holder , and then told me it is not possible for me to have two addresses even thought i produced two certified copies of ownership . She then told me to go back to Richards Bay and try getting it resolved there because my other vehicle is registered in Empangeni as NUF and the vehicle in question was registered as NRB . I explained to her that this vehicle is physically garaged at R/bay and i use it there during weekends or if i am working very late at my office in R,bay . i also advised her that i had other vehicles with NRB registartion done at the Empangeni licensing dept with no problems in the past .. and she mumbled some ****** comment and walked off . Before i went to the counter she had an altercation with another non black person because she assisted a black person without proof of residence and would not assist the non black person and she was very rude to her too . Sadly this person brings down the name of the depratment and puts a damper on the excellent and friendly service of all the other staff members .
