RUDE STAFF, NOICE LEVELS, No Supervisor or Manager

We went to the Testing station in Florida to book my daughter's learners. All staff members were extremely rude to her and my husband. They allow certain people to push into lines whereas others have been waiting for hours. One of the rudest and most unprofessional employees told my daughter that \listening is a skill"when she asked him what it meant that the learners programme is closed. You need to address this type of behaviour. The noice levels are also unacceptedly high. It sounds like a One Direction concert. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!! No Manager were present or to be seen.
