Rude staff at the testing station

The licence department in Krugersdorp. Krugersdorp testing station. I made a booking online for the 9th June. When i got there i was not told that there system was offline. I went to hand in my papers and the lady then gave me my document and stated that they have been offline for 2 days. I then asked how will i know when they will be back online. She then gave me a number to call. I returned on the 14th day(24th June) just to find out that i have a traffic fine. So i could not make payment as i needed to pay the fine first. The lady at the payment counter was not helpful at all. I asked if i could not make payment for the tempory licence and she said no. Wheni returned on the 1 July because i could only make time to come then as i work. I was toldi could not get my temporary licence as my 14 days was over and needed to make another booking just to pay. I then requested to see the manager who was also rude (Gloria), who told me to my face and pointed at me that it was my fault. I then asked her where on the system/ in the office/walls was this stated. She told me once again it was my fault becasue someone told me that it was 14 days. She just turned and walked away. And then the lady at the counter proceeded to tell me it was my own fault. Rude rude and unhelpful. For a manager to talk to someone like that. What an experience. Plus i had my son with me. Just becasue they think they know better and assume they are avoce the people because they work in the gov department. There was no sign stating all of this. It was hear say. They could not even direct me to say here is were it is stated.

Worst traffic licence department. The staff are pathetic
