Rude and intolerable behavior and poor service.

I called licencing department at this number *** and it was answered by a gentlemen who also transferred me to another lady who did not identify herself. In asked her about licencing the vehicle, and she checked my details on the computer and told me the price and what to bring. I was not done because I also wanted to find out, what must I do if I am not in Ladysmith at the moment and i will be coming back at the end of the month, so will the price still be the same. before I even finished she rudely interrupted me and told me I have to was as she is busy with another client, and I did hold the line, and I could hear here having a nice chats with her other female colleagues and laughing. I had to hold the line for close to 6 min and all of a sudden I heard her picking it up, but she just hung up. I called again and went to the guy ***** referred me again and it rang off the hook til it went back to the same guy again and I told him that its is pointless now for him to forward me, I asked for complains department and he transferred but it rang off the hook and went back to him again. I really don't know what do do now. This is such a bad experience.
