Rude and Arrogant Staff

Good day,

Today I have found at the Brakpan licensing centre the most rude and arrogant staff working there. I walked out of the parking gate to stand on the grass to see the testing grounds, when the security told me that I am not allowed to go there. I kindly asked where the rule or sign is that say that this is prohibited, for which I got the reply that the 'no entrance' sign is the indication of this. I went on to tell the security guard that that sign is a road sign for cars and that they require a 'no pedestrian' sign.

The first security guard left and another approached. By this time I had asked to see management. The guard asked that I wait outside the building, as he will fetch the manager. After a minute or two he came back and said that it is fine if I keep standing there.

After another five minutes, one of the testers came and said that I may not stand there, to which I rep**** that the manager gave permission to this (as the security guard told me it is fine if I stand there). She however took me to the manager directly, yet I didn't get any chance to have a word in there as the manager kept shouting over me and gave me no turn to have my say.

Furthermore, at this same Brakpan licensing centre, the security guards chased my sister out of the office like a dog into the cold morning the day she went to book her licence. Then when she wanted to pay the fees, they went on to say that there is apparently no change by them so she cannot get the difference in dues and payment.

I find that this centre is ridiculous and that their manager is an uneducated, disrespectful person. The service of this country (South Africa) is useless and driven by *****s. Why? Because technically I pay their salaries with my taxes, yet you are treated like a piece of ****. If you are in any type of position where you are in the service industry, the client is actually your boss, as they are the ones who pay your salary. I am not saying that my rules are final or anything of the sort, all I am saying is that you should respect your clients as they put food on your table. No clients = no business. No business = no income. No income = no job. No job = no salary. No salary = you are going to be homeless and not drive that fancy ass car that my tax is paying for.

SA needs new management and staff need to start being respectful of their clients
