Refused to change dates even though other bookings

I have booked at Edenvale Licence department to write my learners licence , they did not say that there are other dates available even when i asked. I found out there where other dates and went to move my dates closer as i am in need of the learners permit. They told me that i should of asked before i paid , which i did and was given the incorrect information. <br> I have to know wait until June to get the learners i need , for a job that requires it , I ama t risk now to lose that job because of this. <br> Their attitude is extremely bad as they refuse to help you , but will take your payment with out telling you that you cannot cancel or book elsewhere. The booking form says you can cancel but they have their own rules at this department. I cant see why it is such an issue , to even move the booking to another area where bookings are available . I have tried all the numbers they said to call and have had no answer at all. I have emailed and had no replies. <br> They prefer for you to be using a vehicle without a licence instead of just moving bookings. <br> <br> This is a ridiculous reason to stop someome from being able to get their permit. <br> <br> I have to move to a different city and cant rebook.
