REFUSAL TO ISSUE LICENSE

<p>My license had been booked for 8/12/2016 in Pinetown as my learners was going to expire on the 14/12/2016.I had passed my test but due to their systems being offline i was not issued my license i was told to come back with no proof of the fact that i had passed my license.So i was advised by my instructor that they were back online on the10/12/2016 Saturday i had arrived at the office when the lady told me to come back on Monday considering that i do not live in Pinetown and the fact that i work from Monday -friday it was rather difficult for me to get leave.So i went on the 15/12/2016 i was sent from pillar to post the attitude of the staff members is pathetic they are ***********.They advised me that i will not get my license it is now an issue for Pretoria to sort outand made me write a letter stating as to why i did not come in before my license expired.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was not told by any of the staff memebers that i will not get my license after my learners expires it seemed as if they were dumb struck.</p> <p> </p> <p>FROM THE 15/12/16 TO DATE I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO ME.</p> <p> </p> <p>THAT IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE GOVERMENT EMPLOYED OFFICIALS.</p> <p> </p> <p>I Passed my license yet today i do not even have a piece of paper stating that i passed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
