Randburg Licensing Department is the Worst

Our company driver took the Wesbank and business paperwork to Randburg Licensing Department to get the vehicle registered to the company as the car was paid off. He was told he needs to provide a BLNC. There is no such form. This department should be closed down. I have read nothing but bad reviews and I myself refuse to go there because they treat people like complete *******. I hope they are all jobless soon and that our tax money is spent on more useful things instead.
