I renewed my driver's license at the end of February 2020. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the whole process took less than an hour to complete. I collected my driver's license in July 2020 (due to the Covid-19 restrictions I could not collect it in April) and again the process was smooth and efficient and even with all the extra procedures needed for Covid-19 the process took about 30 minutes with helpful and friendly staff.
