Poor Service Delivery

I arrived at the Licence Centre at around 11:15 and 02hrs and 26minutes later I'm still waiting together with all the poor folks that have been here before me. The officials are more rude than helpful, without identification and there is only 1 person serving hundreds of folks. What saddens me are the elderly that are here waiting for hours. Surely this service can be expedited and more efficient.
