POOR SERVICE BY EDENVALE LICENSE DEPARTMENT

It's funny how everyone complained about Kempton Park but Edenvale Lincense department the worse from the time we arrived the security lady is disrespectful doesn't know how to talk to people and should be fired she doesn't deserve that job. The gentleman at reception kept on.complaining about the amount of people coming in to rendor services but frequently went out either for smoke breaks or to do personal deals with his people. Finally when we thought we would be done we were referred to the wrong queue and were told we need to go back again mind you we have been waiting since 9am. The staff there is useless and rude,disrespectful the worse service up to date.
