Poor service at licensing departments Mpumalanga

Ermelo motor vehicle licensing department, people wait from 3am at doors just to leave at 1pm. Most of the time systems are down. Mpuluzi no internet according to workers there internet bill hasn't been paid, same problem 2 months back internet was off for 2 weeks at a time. Piet Retief licensing department have the same problems. Driven 340km between Ermelo and Piet Retief, even went to Umpuluzi a nother 160km still no license discs for my vehicles. This is a disgrace
