Poor service at License department Table Bay Mall

I am sooo annoyed by the City's licensing division, they've always given **** service now it's even worse.. So i am an individual who gave access to a private company to do my licensing and registration on my vehicles, he was told by die licensing department at Table Bay Mall that the work can't be done and he will have to wait till next week - so what they're saying i have to wait a week to get my car lic disk?

I've asked the private company to do it for me and friends, as we need to mitigate the risk of contracting covid, in that sense the queue's will be shorter? I cannot believe the responses - we are supposed to be helping one another, that small business needs to make a living as well.

I am beyond livid.
