Poor service at Edenvale License Department

Heres your reason to reconsider going to the Edenvale License Department to renew your license card. No regard for online bookings. Even if you book an appointment online you will still join the queue with everyone else. The queue to pay is longer than the application line. There is no such thing as quick and efficient there. The staff there do not take pictures and photos properly as mine was sent back rejected because of the photo THEY TOOK! Photos and fingerprints had to be redone and reprocessed. I get told to wait another 6 weeks. 2 months later and 2 visits to the License department and I am still waiting for my renewal that was done on the 1st of March!!! The telephone lines do not work, they dont sms you and they are the most unfriendly bunch ever. Rather go somewhere else to do your renewal!
