POOR SERVICE

I spent over 6 hours waiting in a question tonglapplybfor my learners. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had. First of all there was this African old man who was wearing black whom I think is the clerk. He came out around 7and told people who ever was standing and did not have a sit that they might as well go home because they won't get served as they close at 14:30. Which was so weird since they had not tried but predicted the out come. They open at 8 and at 9they go for tea time(no one serves at until 9:30)so buy this time he (the man in black) had only seen to 20 people. So it took them over a hour to deal with 20 people. Then around half past ten they called 14 more people and he would come out every now and again with forms but not to distribute them but instead he lets applicants fight of a few forms and he goes back inside. Treating is like savages that just fight over the last meal. So the 14 people they had called were done by 11:30. They say and did not call anyone (they were doing nothing but talking while we wait for service) so at twelve they went to lunch. So from 8-12 they had only seen to 34 people. So after lunch (around 1pm) they called another 13 people and this lot stayed till 2 traffic official came out to remind us that the man in black did say that if you are not inside by 2 you will not get served. Which was a way of telling us to go home. The staff there have no sense of urgency the only time you see sense of urgency is if you show them a note with Madibas face on it the. You will be treated like a customer should be. We take time off work to go do things like this and to be told that you must go and come back the next day ,like we can afford to lose our jobs in the current economical state we are in. We are being oppressed by our own black people but yet politicians try blame other races. Everyone who was coming to register for they learners knew that when it comes time for you to do your drives you must have R1500.00 to bribe the officer or you will fail and I mean everyone who I spoke to said if you don't have 1500 you will no matter what. We are trying to better ourselves and improve our family lives but if people like these don't do they jobs unless brides that means we are experiencing another form of aparth. It can't be that from8-2
